This role requires a candidate who possesses strong expertise in maintaining dies and stamping tooling. You must be able to comprehend and analyze technical drawings for machinery, dies, tooling, and finished product parts. A key responsibility is to coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all repair and upkeep tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule. You will regularly inspect all facilities, machinery, and equipment to proactively identify and fix any issues.

Persyaratan

• Experience: A minimum of three years in the automotive manufacturing sector.
• Specialization: More than three years of specific experience in stamping and engineering.
• Key Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution<, good communication, coordination, and adaptability.
• Work Environment: The ability to handle high-intensity work.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

• Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of maintenance for dies and stamping tooling.
• Drawing Interpretation: Ability to understand technical drawings for machinery, dies, tooling, and product parts.
• Team Coordination: Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed on time through effective team coordination.
• Inspection & Troubleshooting: Regularly inspect equipment and facilities to find and fix issues.
• Compliance & Safety: Guarantee that all machinery and equipment meet safety and compliance standards.
• Project Management: Plan and manage projects for installations, repairs<, and maintenance.
• Training & Mentoring: Train and guide team members for their professional development.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain a detailed log of all maintenance and repair activities.
