This role involves operating and monitoring production machinery in strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). The main goal is to ensure all products are manufactured to the highest quality, safety, and hygiene standards.

Persyaratan

• Education: D3 diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in the food, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and good teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts.

Tanggung Jawab

• Machine Operation: Operate and oversee production machines by following SOPs.
• Quality Control: Ensure products meet specified quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Production Support: Assist with daily production tasks, including preparation, mixing, and packaging.
• Documentation: Maintain precise production records and generate reports.
• Process Improvement: Participate in initiatives to improve production efficiency and product quality.
• Compliance: Adhere to all GMP, safety, and company regulations.
