My role encompasses the full life cycle of a project, from initial planning to final completion. I am responsible for providing comprehensive leadership and coordination for the entire site project. This involves creating detailed plans and schedules, overseeing the execution of all tasks, and ensuring strict adherence to site safety protocols. I also serve as the main point of contact, managing communication with clients and other stakeholders. A key part of my job is proactively identifying and solving problems, ensuring that all work complies with necessary permits and regulations. Additionally, I manage potential risks, track project progress closely, and handle all reporting. Ultimately, I am accountable for the project’s successful closure and formal handover.

Persyaratan

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Architecture Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in construction site management with a history of successful projects.
• Language: Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with all project stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to quickly identify and resolve on-site issues.
• Adaptability: The ability to adjust to evolving project requirements and priorities.
