Persyaratan
- Diploma/Bachelor from Human Resource Management, Management or related with minimum 2 years of experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to priorities tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in English will be an advantage.
Tanggung Jawab
- Providing efficient administrative support, including document management, filing, and data entry.
- Assisting with the coordination of office operations, such as managing supplies, equipment, and facilities. Handling various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- . Supporting the implementation of policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized and productive work environment.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
- Monitoring cost expenses for office needs (electricity, water, wifi, etc.)
- Asset Management & asset reconciliation.
- Control and payment process of all GA Expenses.
- Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes.
