This role focuses on executing a comprehensive mechanical maintenance program for all packaging equipment. You will be responsible for implementing a computerized preventive maintenance system and performing various tasks such as fabrication, pipefitting, and welding repairs. You will also assist with general mechanical repairs and collaborate with operators to conduct time-based and condition-based maintenance, which includes lubrication, tightening, and cleaning. All completed maintenance activities must be logged in the system.

Persyaratan

• Education: Minimum D3 degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the mechanical field.
• Welding: Must be a certified welder (minimum SMAW and GTAW).
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering and basic understanding of electrical systems.
• Drawing Proficiency: Ability to read and create technical drawings.
• Teamwork: Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

Tanggung Jawab

• System Implementation: Implement and utilize a computerized preventive maintenance system for all packaging equipment.
• Fabrication & Repair: Perform fabrication, pipefitting, and welding repairs on equipment.
• Maintenance Support: Assist with mechanical repairs whenever necessary.
• Scheduled Maintenance: Conduct time-based and condition-based maintenance, including lubrication and cleaning, and record all activities in the system.
• Production Monitoring: Inspect and monitor packaging equipment during production, making real-time adjustments with operators to meet efficiency and output goals.
• Documentation: Record monitoring and inspection results for future maintenance work.
• Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and organization (5S standards) in designated work areas, including tool rooms and machine shops.
• Machining: Perform machining and fabrication tasks as required.
• Parts Management: Recondition and properly store spare parts and equipment.
