Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible for researching and selecting potential suppliers, ensuring they offer the best quality, price, and delivery terms. I will negotiate and finalize purchase contracts with suppliers. My duties also include managing raw material orders from the beginning, from receiving purchase requisitions (PR) to issuing purchase orders (PO) to suppliers. I must actively coordinate with internal and external parties for new material development and communicate daily with suppliers regarding order deliveries. Furthermore, I am responsible for ensuring all purchasing documents are properly recorded and organized.

Persyaratan

• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably from the manufacturing industry.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact with suppliers.
• Technical Skills: Excellent organization, problem-solving, and a keen attention to detail.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communication<, or a related field.
• Work Location: Willing to work in the MM2100 area, West Cikarang.

• Supplier Evaluation: Research and assess potential suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery terms.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize purchasing agreements with suppliers.
• Purchasing Management: Control the raw material ordering process
• from receiving a PR to issuing a PO.
• Development Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external parties on new material development projects.
• Daily Communication: Communicate actively and regularly with suppliers regarding order delivery status.
• Document Administration: Ensure all purchasing documents are properly recorded and organized.
