The MES specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This includes configuring necessary changes to the system and its devices that result from updates to manufacturing processes. The role also involves monitoring the system daily, providing technical support to users, and assisting with any issues that arise. This position requires working closely with clients to develop solutions, troubleshoot problems, and enhance the overall functionality of the MES.

Persyaratan

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other closely related major.
• Advanced English level (FLUENT both oral and written).
• At least 2 years working experience in Helpdesk/IT Support (Fresh Graduates are welcome).

Tanggung Jawab

• Device Management: Installing and configuring MES devices (printers, scanners, PCs).
• Daily Support: Ensuring the MES system and all devices run smoothly.
• Problem Detection & Escalation: Monitoring the system to identify issues and escalate them to the right person.
• Customer Support: Working with customers to resolve their MES device problems.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and fixing issues with MES devices.
• Problem Analysis & Prevention: Analyzing system problems, escalating them for solutions, and preventing future recurrences.
• Continuous Learning: Enthusiastic about learning new MES technologies.
