This role involves a strong focus on procurement and vendor management. You will be responsible for negotiating with suppliers and creating comparative statements to evaluate options. It is essential to regularly update the material pricelist to ensure accuracy. Additionally, you will need to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, managing key aspects such as payment terms and delivery timelines.

Persyaratan

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with the SAP system is a plus.
• Language: Fluent in both oral and written English.
• Location: Position is based in Cibitung, Bekasi.

Tanggung Jawab

• Negotiation & Analysis: Conduct negotiations and prepare comparative statements to support purchasing decisions.
• Pricing Management: Periodically update and maintain an accurate material pricelist.
• Supplier Relations: Foster and manage good relationships with suppliers.
• Contract Management: Handle key aspects of supplier agreements, including payment terms and delivery timelines.
