My role involves overseeing the design and improvement of production line layouts to maximize efficiency. A key part of this is managing and analyzing the MOD (Model Operating Data) working hours for each product model. I am also tasked with maintaining and enhancing the standard working time database for the factory and ensuring accurate piecework hours. I proactively analyze any anomalies in product efficiency, and then initiate and lead improvement efforts. This includes calculating working station times, improving line balance, and identifying and auditing waste points in the production process to propose effective improvement plans.

Persyaratan

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an Industrial Engineer.
• Specialized Skills: Expertise in MOD hours analysis and a solid understanding of lean production systems.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Ms. Office, CAD, and PROE.
• Language Skills: Must be fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Location: The job is located in Cikarang, West Java.
