PT Panasonic Gobel Energy Indonesia (PECGI) is currently looking for a qualified S1 Engineering graduate to fill a full-time position focused on Customer Handling & Quality Management Systems (QMS). Based in Bekasi, West Java, this role is essential for ensuring our company maintains its quality standards and effectively addresses customer requirements.

Persyaratan

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Core Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a preference for those with a TOEIC/TOEFL certification.
• Collaboration: Well-organized and able to cooperate effectively with others.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Skilled in data analysis tools and techniques<, including SQL and data visualization software.

Tanggung Jawab

• Customer & Compliance Management: Address all customer needs regarding requirements, regulations, and technical compliance.
• Complaint Handling: Manage and resolve customer complaints related to product quality and safety.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to find trends and areas for improvement.
• Database Development: Help design and build database structures to support data management.
• Document Control: Maintain comprehensive and organized document control procedures.
• Internal Audits: Plan and execute internal audits to identify potential risks and non-conformities.
• Quality System Verification: Ensure the quality management system is compliant with standards like ISO 9001:2015 and SNI IEC 60086.
