This role is responsible for providing initial support for all incoming IT issues and service requests, ensuring that end-users receive prompt and effective assistance. The individual will be required to document all incidents and track their resolution using the ITSM system, specifically ServiceNow.
Persyaratan
- Location: Must be willing to work in Majalengka, West Java.
- Education: Minimum D3/S1 degree in Information Technology (IT).
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure principles.
Tanggung Jawab
- Front-Line Support: Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and requests.
- Incident Logging: Log and monitor all incidents and their progress within the ITSM system (ServiceNow).
- Escalation: Escalate complex incidents to the relevant support teams.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze incident trends to create and assign problem tickets.
- Reporting: Produce daily and weekly trend reports.
