My role involves developing and implementing comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) strategies that align with both company goals and regulatory requirements. I am responsible for identifying and assessing workplace hazards, then putting effective control measures in place. I conduct regular inspections to ensure all safety protocols are followed, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and equipment safety. A key part of my job is to investigate any incidents that occur, find their root causes, and propose solutions to prevent them from happening again. I also manage all HSE-related documentation, including reports and records, ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Persyaratan

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a similar field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an HSE Supervisor, specifically in the manufacturing or building materials industry.
• Certifications: Must hold certifications in General HSE (K3 Umum), Fire Safety, First Aid, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Auditor SMK3, and BNSP environmental certification.
• Knowledge: Strong grasp of HSE regulations and standards.
• Language: Proficient in English communication.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in incident investigation, risk assessment, and internal audits.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and training abilities.

Tanggung Jawab

• HSE Strategy: Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs in line with company and regulatory standards.
• Risk Management: Identify hazards and assess risks (HIRADC), then establish effective control measures.
• Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety practices, proper PPE use, and equipment safety.
• Incident Management: Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare HSE reports and documentation, ensuring compliance with standards like ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Training & Awareness: Lead safety training, inductions, and awareness programs for all employees.
• Environmental Management: Oversee proper handling of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
• External Coordination: Act as a liaison with government agencies during audits or inspections.
• Safety Culture: Actively support and promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
