We are seeking competent candidates in food R&D (Research & Development) to develop new food product formulations, conduct chemical analyses, and ensure product quality and safety in accordance with regulatory standards (BPOM, SNI, Halal, HACCP).

Persyaratan

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or a relevant field is required.
• Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of food chemistry, additives, and processing technology.
• Experience: Previous experience in food R&D is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in operating standard laboratory equipment (e.g. HPLC, GC, spectrophotometer).
• Personal Attributes: Must be meticulous, analytical, innovative, and a good team player.

Tanggung Jawab

• Product Development: Designing and developing new food product formulas.
• Laboratory Analysis: Performing detailed lab tests (chemical, physical, stability, shelf-life).
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring food additives comply with regulations.
• Documentation: Preparing research documents, test reports, and SOPs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with production, QA/QC, and marketing teams.
