My role involves overseeing and optimizing all branch operations, specifically focusing on stevedoring, shipment, and car carrier processes. I am responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including ASDP, the operations team, and the Terminal to ensure smooth workflow. A key part of my job is to monitor and verify that all units are received and delivered according to the daily plan. Additionally, I am tasked with continuously improving our operations by implementing Kaizen principles and ensuring that all company assets are well-maintained and properly reported on.

• Operation Management: Control and maximize branch operations related to stevedoring, shipment, and car carriers.
• Coordination: Coordinate effectively with ASDP, the operations team, and Terminal.
• Logistics Monitoring: Monitor and ensure units are received and delivered according to the daily plan.
• Process Improvement: Actively perform operational improvements using Kaizen methodology.
