We are looking for a skilled and experienced Production Manager to join the team at Sumitomo Electric Group in Cikarang Pusat, West Java. This is a crucial position where you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our manufacturing plants. Your key duties will include managing production flow, making processes better, and leading initiatives for continuous improvement. You will report to the General Manager and management, with the main goal of achieving outstanding operational performance.

Persyaratan

• Experience: At least 8 years in factory management, with a minimum of 8 years of leadership experience at the Assistant Manager level or higher.
• Age Limit: Maximum age of 42.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Core Competencies: Strong leadership and decisive decision-making skills.
• Experience in managing industrial relations, especially with unions.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English for both conversation and report writing.

• Industry Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of the automotive and metallurgical manufacturing industries.
• Project Management: Manage production projects from start to finish, including planning and resource allocation.
• Data Analysis: Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency and quality.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all production operations comply with regulations and safety protocols.
• Leadership: Lead teams to achieve company KPIs.
• Flexibility: Capable of performing a variety of other assigned tasks.
