Persyaratan

• Minimum education of high school/vocational school (SMA/SMK)
• At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in customer service
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written); strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer use and office applications (MS Office,email,etc.);
• Familiar with phone systems
• Friendly,polite,and professional demeanor; ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance

Tanggung Jawab

• Process incoming invoices and generate corresponding receipts
• Answer incoming phone calls and connect callers to the appropriate users
• Greet guests,inform relevant personnel,and coordinate the arrangement of meeting rooms
• Deliver documents to the lobby,distribute them to users within the office,and reserve meeting rooms as needed
• Monitor and manage pantry inventory levels
• Participate in stocktaking activities,including photographing items and submitting records for fixed assets
