We are looking for an ambitious and practical Production Assistant Manager to help the Senior Production Manager oversee our large-scale manufacturing. This role is perfect for a professional with some experience in production supervision who understands Lean manufacturing. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, working to improve processes, and preparing yourself for a future senior leadership position. PT. framas Indonesia plant 1 – Kawasan Industri MM2100 Cibitung Kab. Bekasi

Persyaratan

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Production Supervisor in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
• Lean Expertise: Proven knowledge of Lean principles, including 5S and waste elimination.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking, with proficiency in KPIs (OEE), Excel, and data-driven decision-making.
• Communication: A clear, structured, and convincing communicator.
• Systems Thinker: The ability to see process interconnections and understand systemic effects.
• Mindset: Calm, logical, and prefers structure and action over chaos and noise.
• Career Stage: Preferably early in their career and ready for a leadership position.
• Initiative: Proactive, ambitious, and willing to take ownership.
• Digital Competency: Experience with ERP, MES, or other production systems.
• Language: Fluent in English to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.

Tanggung Jawab

• Operational Oversight: Assist the Senior Production Manager in managing daily manufacturing activities to achieve targets in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze production KPIs (e.g.
• OEE) and propose actions for improvement.
• Lean Implementation: Support the implementation and maintenance of Lean manufacturing practices (5S
• waste elimination
• etc.).
• Process Improvement: Identify and improve process connections and system-wide effects to boost efficiency.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present structured reports and proposals to management and leadership.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with teams like quality and maintenance to ensure smooth production.
• System Optimization: Help optimize production systems (MES, OMS) to improve data visibility and decision-making.
• Culture Building: Promote a culture of safety, organization, and discipline.
• Initiative & Problem-Solving: Proactively solve problems, lead improvement projects, and implement best practices.
