As a Retail Channel Supervisor, my main goal is to boost sales productivity. I achieve this by planning and managing sales activities for our retail partners, promoting sales initiatives, and ensuring that our strategies are effectively put into action in the field.

Persyaratan

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any field is the minimum requirement.
• Languages: Proficiency in both Indonesian and English is a must.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related field.
• Core Skills: Strong skills in administration, management, customer service, sales, marketing, coordination, and planning are essential.
• Specialization (Preferred): Preference for candidates with a background as a supervisor or coordinator, particularly in retail sales within the tobacco or FMCG industry.
• Location: The position is located in Magelang
• Central Java.

Tanggung Jawab

• Performance Management: The main objective is to manage field sales to achieve performance targets.
• Sales Growth: Actively promotes and drives sales initiatives.
• Operational Support: Assists the field team in executing their day-to-day tasks.
• Task Handling: Handles miscellaneous, non-core tasks as needed.
• Leadership: Has the power and responsibility to oversee and guide the team.
