This role involves overseeing and managing all activities within a specific area, with a strong focus on sales, distribution, and administrative tasks. You will be in charge of organizing and executing sales and promotional campaigns to boost performance. Additionally, a key responsibility is to manage your team or subordinates and ensure their performance meets the set targets.

Persyaratan

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (any major).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an Area Sales Manager or in a comparable position.
• Industry Preference: Prior experience in the Food & Beverage or Consumer Goods sector is preferred.
• Personal Traits: Highly ethical and responsible.
• Leadership: Proven track record in leading a team.
• Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
• Technical: Computer literate. Mobility: Must have a driving license.
