A Distribution Division of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. We distribute 90% of Indofood’s products from the principle to major chain stores, modern markets, until the nearest traditional markets from your home. We also distribute third party products as well. We run 26 branches, 1.300 stock points, 700.000 outlets from major stores to wet markets.

Persyaratan

• Minimum Bachelor degree with GPA 3.00.
• Preferably 5 years experience as Supervisor 2 years as Manager in HRGA FMCG Area.
• Strong communication skill.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Deep understanding of labor regulation.
• Willing to be placed in Bandung, Bekasi, Malang.

Tanggung Jawab

• Responsible for talent management including developing staffs capacity to achieve highest levels of performance.
• Support Organization’s Management in developing HRGA systems, recruitment planning, remuneration systems, employee engagement and performance evaluations.
• Supervise General Affairs team in maintaining company asset and ensure the organization permit are in place.
