Persyaratan

• Gender: Male or Female.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Psychology, Management, Administration, or Human Resources.
• Experience: A minimum of one year in HR administration is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRIS is a bonus.
• Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Tanggung Jawab

• Payroll Management: Oversee and ensure accurate processing of payroll and salary calculations.
• Timekeeping: Monitor employee attendance and manage the timekeeping system.
• Benefits Administration: Administer employee welfare programs, including benefits and allowances.
• Insurance Handling: Manage mandatory and additional insurance programs, such as BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan.
• Claims & Leave Processing: Handle medical claims and documentation for employee leave and sick days.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular HR administrative reports.
