This role is crucial for developing sales strategies by managing and interpreting key market data. The main responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and reporting on sales figures, market trends, customer demands, and competitor actions. The position also involves helping to create sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. Furthermore, it requires monitoring sales against goals and identifying areas for improvement or growth. Support for creating pricing strategies and sales policies, as well as assisting with sales events, is also part of the job.

Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Active English skill.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales Strategy Planning (after-sales service and repair part) in Japanese Machinery and Automotive Manufacturing companies.
• Direct experience in digital sales and door-to-door sales.
• Proactive, Bright personality, and good communication skill.
• Willing to be placed in Central Java.

Tanggung Jawab

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report on sales data, market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Financial & Performance Reporting: Assist in preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance against targets and identify deviations or opportunities for improvement.
• Strategy Support: Help develop pricing strategies and sales policies using market and cost analysis.
• Event Coordination: Provide support in planning and organizing sales-related events.
