Finance I am responsible for developing and implementing a financial strategy that supports the company’s growth and profitability. This includes overseeing all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as managing cash flow. I also provide key financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to guide their decision-making. Furthermore, I am in charge of maintaining strong relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.

Persyaratan

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required.
• A Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA/CA/ACCA/CFA) is a plus.
• Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Tax, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Skills: Proven experience in financial strategy, planning, and team leadership. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Industry Advantage: Experience in the FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sectors is a strong advantage.

• Finance Strategy: Develop and execute financial plans to drive business growth and profit.

• Advisory Role: Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
• Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with financial institutions and investors.
• Accounting Operations: Lead all accounting functions (AP, AR, GL, etc.).
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure accurate financial reporting and implement internal controls.
• Process Improvement: Drive efficiency through automation and process enhancements.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to all tax laws and regulations.
• Tax Optimization: Oversee tax planning and risk management.
• Leadership: Build and mentor the Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with other departments to align strategies.
• Reporting: Present financial performance to the Board and key stakeholders.
