This role involves a dual focus on quality assurance and laboratory management. Your primary responsibility is to perform both organoleptic evaluations (checking odor and color) and analytical tests (GM0MS) on all raw materials and production batches. This is crucial for ensuring that all products consistently meet both internal quality standards and customer requirements.

Persyaratan

• Education: A Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Life Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-6 years of mandatory experience specifically within the fragrance industry.
• Language: Fluency in English is required.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills are a must.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills are necessary.

Tanggung Jawab

• Quality Evaluation: Perform organoleptic (odor, color) and analytical (GM0MS) tests on raw materials and products.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Issue Investigation: Investigate customer rejections or complaints in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Inter-departmental Coordination: Coordinate with the R&D team on quality issues, customer requirements, and complaints.
• Sample Management: Store and manage retain/management samples.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety standards.
