My role involves providing crucial support for the implementation of digital solutions in a manufacturing setting, with a primary focus on ensuring a smooth transition without interrupting daily operations. I assist in seamlessly integrating new technologies with existing legacy systems by working closely with various teams. A key part of my job is contributing to change management initiatives, helping stakeholders—especially those who are not tech-savvy—understand and embrace new digital tools and processes. I also stay current with the latest technological trends, helping to assess which innovations could benefit our manufacturing environment.

Persyaratan

• Educational Background: Requires at least a Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. Relevant Experience (Plus): Experience in manufacturing or with IT/OT systems integration is a strong plus.
• Technical Aptitude: Must have a solid technical foundation and a curiosity for learning new systems.
• Organizational Skills: Possesses basic project coordination skills and the ability to stay organized.
• Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates good communication and teamwork skills, comfortable collaborating across departments.
• Technical Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, databases, or data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a significant advantage.
