Deskripsi Pekerjaan

My role involves managing all aspects of the procurement process, from identifying and vetting new suppliers to maintaining strong relationships with current ones. I conduct market research to analyze material trends and costs, then use that data to find and recommend savings opportunities. I am also responsible for suggesting and sourcing alternative products, particularly by keeping up with trends in raw and packaging materials.

Persyaratan

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant fieldm, preferably Transportation or Supply Chain Management.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese (oral and written) is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a Supply Chain Management role (Procurement/Purchasing/PPIC) within an FMCG company.
  • Licenses & Documents: A PPJK/Customs license is a plus, and experience with documents like PIB and NIB is required.
  • Certifications: Basic knowledge of ISO, Halal, and BPOM certifications.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable.
  • Strong project management and teamwork abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Self-motivated and able to learn independently.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Supplier Management: Identify and qualify new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Market Research & Cost Analysis: Research material trends and costs to find and suggest opportunities for savings.
  • Product Sourcing: Suggest and source alternative raw and packaging materials based on market trends.
  • Procurement Process: Create RFQs, negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms, and ensure supplier compliance with policies.
  • Reporting & Improvement: Prepare procurement reports for management and contribute to improving procurement processes (Kaizen).
  • Collaboration: Work with internal and external teams to fulfill company requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to the supply chain and procurement.
  • Logistics & EXIM: Arrange delivery schedules and possess a solid understanding of the export-import process, including customs clearance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with procurement software, including MS Office and ERP systems (like SAP), and can quickly adapt to new technologies.
